Reporting drug shortages - new version of the electronic form available

State Institute for Drug Control (SÚKL) informs all MAHS about the transition to the new version of the electronig form of the mandatory reporting on the initiation, interruption, renewal and termination of the marketing of medicines. The new form will be newly signed using the „eRecipe Signer“ application. This form will be launched on 1st August 2022 and will complete replace the current form, which will no longer be functional.

Administration rights are required to install this component, so MAHs are recommended to arrange IT supporti in advance, if necessary. The individual items of the form remain almost unchanged.
